When I first approached FMCUSA I felt overworked and not being able to have time for myself, as a small business owner I felt I had all the responsibilities to myself and was unable to detach from work, I wasn’t enjoying the money I was making and I was on the verge of losing my family. It was hard for me to believe employees could care as much as me, as I had a small construction company. I then understood that, I had a few trust worthy employees and with the business strategies created for me by John C. I was able to identify my now associate and I realized that the reality was I can’t do it all by myself, that my team would be able to take my small business to the next level.
I started delegating, training more potential partners and making sure they felt valuable every single day. I understood that in order to grow I would have to mold more leaders, I have grown so much in the last ten years! Success is possible, enjoying the money I make and enjoying my family and honoring my company. I am grateful I learned and am able to teach. Thank you!

My personal goal was to be a great leader, as a woman we are not always taken seriously as a business owner. I started a catering business with my mom and my sister but we were struggling, we just had no idea what to do! We knew we could cook and cook good, but business wise we had no experience. When I was contacted I didn’t feel I could use their methods in my cooking business.
Well, I was wrong!! I understood that online marketing was my biggest area of opportunity and that setting goals and having a plan were going to be our foundation, we are still a small catering business but I have a small team that I can 100% relay on, my mom has now passed away but she was able to see the reach we would have. I learned to set goals and know the direction I want my business to go.
I have been working with them for five years and I still call for advice, I know they will listen to the issue at hand and even if it takes us time they always provide great advice.

I found myself being blessed with an inheritance from my grandmother, I was part of a small family with two small children and being honest pretty much living paycheck to paycheck. I always thought the best investment I could make was owning a home, my husband and I decided to buy a house as soon as we got married followed by our two little girls, and now I have another house I felt we were set. I didn’t realize that any property will be an expense, and I just couldn’t deal with the idea of not having that house in our family nor did I imagine having a stranger living there! With my husband’s help, I found Financial & Management and just pretty much spoke the ear of one of the associates, me and my husband were unable to sale our home without losing money.
I was taught to see my properties as assets and how to make those assets help us get our heads above water, they helped me manage my situation and I learned so well that know I have accumulated a few more assets and a way to manage them where they pay for each other and pay for a comfortable life style. It was hard, I thought more about the sentiment of a property than financial freedom.
